RBT Title & Promotion Requirements

Each new employee will be matched with a mentor. You are expected to meet with your mentor weekly for the first year, until you meet RBT5/Novice status. At this point, our goal is for each RBT to feel confident in their position and shine as a reliable member of the team! After an RBT demonstrates the necessary skills, an RBT may be encouraged to apply to the Mentor or Lead positions at the discretion of the Human Resources team.

To be eligible for promotion to each tier of the RBT status, you must demonstrate the appropriate skills outlined in the Comps list, as well as meet the expected mastery percentages as outline below, as well as the listed employment duration. All 3 must be met to be eligible for the raise and promotion.
