  • Brittney graduated from University of Louisville with her Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Minor in Communications. During her college career she also maintained a scholarship playing Softball. After graduation she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Starting in 2018: she and her husband opened a residential treatment center where they cared for 30 boys in CPS care ranging from ages 7-17. With a recent move to Oxford, MS, she homeschools her 3 boys ages 12, 10, and 8.

  • Quita completed her undergraduate and graduate coursework at Mississippi Valley State University. She has been working in education and mental health for the past four years. In September 2022, Quita worked as an RBT in Roswell, GA before returning to the Mississippi Delta in 2023. Ultimately, her long term goal is to become a BCBA. When not at work, Quita enjoys cooking and traveling with her family.

  • Charlie received his MS in ABA from California State University, Sacramento in 2023 and his BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 2015. He has worked with children and teenagers with ASD and is interested in general applications of behavior analytic principles in everyday life beyond ABA services. His hobbies include (but are not limited to) gardening, cooking, biking, traveling, and backpacking.

  • Kara received her BS in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University in 2010. Kara has been working with children and young adults since graduating from MSSU. Kara has 8 years of ASD experience and another 3 years of RBT experience. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and being a sports mom.

  • Aly graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) in 2017 with a BS in social work and minor in psychology. During her time in school her area of focus was the use of trauma informed care with individuals dually diagnosed with PTSD and mood disorders. She has been a behavioral technician since 2021 and has worked with children and teens with ASD and other behavioral concerns both individually and in group settings. When not at work she loves to read and paint or play with her dog Suki. She also enjoys beating her fiancé at Jumanji and spending time outside. She plans on enrolling in graduate school soon to become a BCBA.

  • Peyton graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2019. Since then, she has worked as an RBT providing direct care to children and teens with ASD in both clinical and in-home settings. She plans to return to graduate school to pursue her Master’s degree in ABA in the future. While not at work, Peyton enjoys playing with her dogs, crochet/knitting, and spending time with family.

  • Shelby graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's in General Studies in 2019. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in Education at Belhaven University. She has always had a passion for working with children and teens. When she is not working she is spending time with her three beautiful children, reading, shopping, and traveling.

  • Max received his BS in psychology from the University of Memphis in 2023. After graduation, Max sought to become a registered behavior technician. His favorite part of working in ABA is knowing that he is making a change in someone's life. Max will begin his Masters at the University of Memphis in 2024 and plans to continue studying psychology. When not working, Max enjoys teaching colorguard and spending time with friends.

  • Kayla graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in General studies with minors in Psychology, sociology, and education. In 2020 she became an RBT and enjoyed being able to help children reach their goals. She has worked with children with ASD in a clinic setting and in-home-setting. When not working, Kayla enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.

  • Tykesha graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BS in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. Since then, she has worked as an RBT providing direct care to children with ASD in both clinical and school settings. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA at St. Edward’s University. She plans to graduate in May 2024. While not at work, Tykesha enjoys reading books and spending time with her son.

  • Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Mississippi. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in ABA at The University of Memphis with the ultimate goal of becoming a BCBA after graduation. Since 2017, Jennifer has been working with children diagnosed with autism and other disabilities. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new restaurants.

  • Jasmine grew up in Cleveland, MS and has spent six years working with children in the early childhood setting. Jasmine has four children of her own ranging in ages from 6-12 years old, including a set of 9 year old twins. In her spare time, she enjoys making candles and soap. Since she started working and learning more about ABA, Jasmine hopes to go to college and then graduate school to become a Behavior Analyst.

  • Tierra is from Greenville, MS. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Tougaloo College in ‘17 and a Masters from Belhaven University in ‘20. As an RBT for a year, she fell in love with the field of ABA and has a passion for children. She is enrolled in Capella University’s Applied Behavioral Analysis Certificate Program. During her free time, she likes to spend time with family, listen to music, and do yoga!

  • Amy is earning her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy at California State University, Fresno. Prior to working at IPS, Amy spent a year as a Soccer Shots coach. Amy has enjoyed working with children and adolescents all her life and plans to do so throughout her professional career. When not at work, she loves running, cooking for leisure, and hanging out with her bird friend, Mateo. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, playing tennis, and playing soccer.
