Groups are supervised by Dr. Irby and Dr. Bradley, with each group’s curriculum is based on a variety of evidence-based manualized treatments including: Little Spot Book series, Becca Epps series, AIM Explorers, DBT Skills Workbook for Teens, and ACT/AIM lessons.

Mid Kids: Our late elementary to middle school group will be learning about acceptance and commitment with mindfulness and coping strategies. They will also be supportive with social skills through social play with peers.
ACT/AIM: In our older group we use In the Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) concepts to teach psychological flexibility, identifying and understanding values, staying in the present moment, and finding ways to re-frame thoughts and feelings. Sessions typically consist of group discussions on values and incorporating these themes into teaching independent adult skills.

Group leader will guide sibling pairs through the activity while facilitating positive & cooperative sibling interactions. The goal: aid the development of the sibling dynamic through the power of ART
