Emily has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since Summer of 2024. She obtained her Masters in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mississippi State University in May of 2022. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she spent 8.5 years working as a Therapeutic Interventionist providing psychological services for the Special Education Behavior Department at Desoto County Schools. Emily has special interests and training in supporting clients with a variety of diagnoses. Emily enjoys going to church, gardening, swimming, listening to music, and spending time with her family.

Quentin graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in general studies in 2019. He became an RBT in 2020. After working as an RBT, he realized he enjoyed seeing the difference he was able to make in his clients' lives and decided to go to graduate school and pursue a career as a BCBA. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with an M.S. in special education and received his BCBA certification in 2023.

Becky has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since spring of 2021. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she spent 9 years working as a registered behavior technician providing services in clinical settings, in public and private schools, as well as within the home setting in a variety of states. Becky has special interests and training in supporting autistic individuals, however, she has also supported a clients with a variety of diagnoses, sometimes co-occurring with autism including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety- to name a few. When she is not filling her heart at work serving children, she can be found exploring the trails, swimming, or spending time with her husband and three children.

Savannah received her B.A. in psychology in 2020 from Delta State University. After graduation Savannah became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2021, and realized her passion was to help make significant changes in children’s life. Since then Savannah began the masters program at the University of Memphis, to become a BCBA. She is only one semester away from graduation, and looks forward to continually making significant changes. When Savannah is not at work she enjoys painting, shopping, and spending time with loved ones.
