Becky has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since spring of 2021. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she spent 9 years working as a registered behavior technician providing services in clinical settings, in public and private schools, as well as within the home setting in a variety of states. Becky has special interests and training in supporting autistic individuals, however, she has also supported a clients with a variety of diagnoses, sometimes co-occurring with autism including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety- to name a few. When she is not filling her heart at work serving children, she can be found exploring the trails, swimming, or spending time with her husband and three children.

Abby Ray has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2024. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019, serving as both an RBT and Lead RBT. Abby earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis and her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
Abby discovered the field of ABA while seeking opportunities to utilize her psychology degree and quickly realized it was the perfect fit for her. She has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of ABA, building relationships with children and families, and making meaningful, positive changes in the lives of those she serves.
When not at work, Abby enjoys creating art, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies and reality television.

Savannah received her B.A. in Psychology in 2020 from Delta State University. After graduation, she became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2021 and realized her passion for making significant changes in children's lives. She then pursued a master's program at the University of Memphis to become a BCBA and has been a BCBA since the Fall of 2023. Savannah is excited to continue making a meaningful impact.When Savannah is not at work she enjoys painting, shopping, and spending time with loved ones.

Quentin graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in general studies in 2019. He became an RBT in 2020. After working as an RBT, he realized he enjoyed seeing the difference he was able to make in his clients' lives and decided to go to graduate school and pursue a career as a BCBA. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with an M.S. in special education and received his BCBA certification in 2023.
