  • Macy graduated from Northpoint Christian School in 2023. She is currently enrolled at Northwest Mississippi Community College pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Macy is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. Throughout her life, she has enjoyed teaching children. In her free time, Macy likes to spend time with friends and family.

  • CeCe is an RBT at our Cleveland Clinic. She is a mother of two and a MiMi to three beautiful babies, 2 girls and a boy. While not at work, she is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and church member. She loves working with children; it is a true passion of hers. 

  • Kristen graduated from Desoto Central Highschool in 2022. She is currently enrolled at Northwest Community College pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She has always had a passion for helping younger children learn. In her free time, Kristen likes to shop and spend time with her friends. 

  • Lucy is an RBT at our Clarksdale and Cleveland clinics. She recently graduated from Delta State University in May 2024 with a BS in Entertainment Industry Studies with a focus in Audio Engineering. She enjoys singing and dancing with friends, cooking, and painting in her free time. She also teaches music at the Bologna Performing Arts Summer Camp for kids. She excited to begin her journey working with kids with autism.

  • Logan received their BA in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy from Christian Brothers University in 2022. They have been working with children and teenagers with ASD and other disabilities since 2020. They love art, theatre, and anything creative. When not at work, they enjoy playing video games, foraging, camping, and crocheting.

  • Krystin is a graduate of Tennessee State University with a BS in Psychology. She has volunteered and worked with children of all ages and across all spectrums since 2015. Her future plans are to continue on to a graduate school program in Marriage and Family Therapy and provide psychological services to children and adults within her community, as well as continue her passions as a Licensed Cosmetologist. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with close family and friends.

  • Tierra is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She received her Associate’s Degree from Northwest MS Community College in 2016. Tierra is continuing her education at Austin Peay State University, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Health and Human Performance. She has been working in the education field for 10+ years. Tierra wants children to “love” the art of learning as much as she does. Tierra is passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Tierra is an independent author and loves writing stories. In her free time, Tierra travels to promote her books and tutoring program. She also loves making memories with her family and friends. 

  • Jasmine graduated from Mississippi Valley State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. When she is not working, Jasmine loves spending time with her daughter, watching movies, and shopping. After learning about applied behavior analysis and the joy of working with children with autism, she knew she had discovered her passion. She wants to attend graduate school to become a behavior analyst.

  • Alicia is a student at Coahoma Community College who previously attended Delta State University. She is pursuing her associate degree in psychology and plans to earn a bachelor of science in biochemistry, focusing on pharmaceuticals. Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, shopping, and being creative.

  • Keshyra is earning her Bachelor's in Early Care and Learning from the University of Memphis. Prior to working at IPS, she has worked with children in various settings since high school. When not working, Keshy enjoys spending time with her two kids, shopping, going out to eat, and trying new experiences to continue learning her likes and dislikes.

  • Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Exercise Science in 2023. Prior to working at IPS, she worked with children in a local preschool, and spent years babysitting, nannying, and caring for children in her family and community. In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, being outside, and flower arranging. 

  • Danni has worked with children her entire professional life, from nannying to being a special education assistant at a local middle school. She has volunteered with The ARC since she was in middle school, working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and reading.

  • LaTrisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. With a passion for helping children thrive, she has volunteered extensively with young people of all ages, finding joy in supporting their growth and life skills development. LaTrisha plans to further her education by pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling. In her free time, she enjoys writing - currently working a children’s book series - reading, traveling, shopping, and making memories with loved ones.

  • Klara is currently enrolled at the University of Memphis majoring in Professional Studies with a concentration in Child Development & Family Studies. She is on track to graduate in 2025. She has worked with children for several years now in daycare and school settings. She is excited to become an RBT and work more in depth with children to help them increase their skills. In her free time, Klara likes to read, shop, or hang out with her friends and family.

  • Cashara began her career as a medical assistant in the mental health field after graduating in 2019. After 5 years of caring for individuals in the medical field she decided to start a career as a Behavior Technician. She is a mother of a 5 year old (Cassidy). When not at work, Cashara loves to be around family and friends and spend time with her beautiful daughter.

  • Kia is currently a psychology major at Delta State University. Once she receives her Bachelor's degree, she plans to further her studies in applied behavior analysis (ABA). She plans to attend Mississippi State for her Master's degree and hopes to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her spouse, family, and friends.
