Quita is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coursework at Mississippi Valley State University. She has been working in education and mental health for the past four years. In September 2022, Quita worked as an RBT in Roswell, GA before returning to the Mississippi Delta in 2023. Ultimately, her long term goal is to become a BCBA. When not at work, Quita enjoys cooking and traveling with her family.

Kara is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She received her BS in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University in 2010. Kara has been working with children and young adults since graduating from MSSU. Kara has 8 years of ASD experience and another 3 years of RBT experience. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and being a sports mom.

Peyton is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. Shegraduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2019. Since then, she has worked as an RBT providing direct care to children and teens with ASD in both clinical and in-home settings. She plans to return to graduate school to pursue her Master’s degree in ABA in the future. While not at work, Peyton enjoys playing with her dogs, crochet/knitting, and spending time with family.

Max is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. He received his BS in psychology from the University of Memphis in 2023. After graduation, Max sought to become a registered behavior technician. His favorite part of working in ABA is knowing that he is making a change in someone's life. Max will begin his Masters at the University of Memphis in 2024 and plans to continue studying psychology. When not working, Max enjoys teaching colorguard and spending time with friends.

Tykesha is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BS in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. Since then, she has worked as an RBT providing direct care to children with ASD in both clinical and school settings. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA at St. Edward’s University. She plans to graduate in May 2024. While not at work, Tykesha enjoys reading books and spending time with her son.

Jennifer is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Mississippi. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in ABA at The University of Memphis with the ultimate goal of becoming a BCBA after graduation. Since 2017, Jennifer has been working with children diagnosed with autism and other disabilities. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new restaurants.

Logan is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. They received their BA in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy from Christian Brothers University in 2022. They have been working with children and teenagers with ASD and other disabilities since 2020. They love art, theatre, and anything creative. When not at work, they enjoy playing video games, foraging, camping, and crocheting.

Jasmine is an RBT at our Clarksdale Clinic. She grew up in Cleveland, MS and has spent six years working with children in the early childhood setting. Jasmine has four children of her own ranging in ages from 6-12 years old, including a set of 9 year old twins. In her spare time, she enjoys making candles and soap. Since she started working and learning more about ABA, Jasmine hopes to go to college and then graduate school to become a Behavior Analyst.

Kassidy is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is receiving her BS in Psychology in 2025 at University of Memphis. Kassidy plans to continue her education, pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling after completion of her Bachelors. While she is not working or doing school work, she enjoys baking, creating art, and traveling.

Ethan is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in History in 2023. He was introduced to the field of special education in 2022 and quickly realized he had found his passion. In the fall of 2023, he began a Master’s program in Special Education at MSU and has been actively assisting in the field ever since. Ethan looks forward to earning his certification and leading his own classroom in the near future. When Ethan's not at work, he enjoys painting, reading, writing, and spending time with his loved ones.

Macy is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She graduated from Northpoint Christian School in 2023. Macy is currently enrolled at Northwest Mississippi Community College pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Throughout her life, she has enjoyed teaching children. When not at work, Macy likes to spend time with friends and family.

Alyssa is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She graduated from Lake Cormorant Highschool in 2024 and starts at The University of Memphis in the fall of 2025 to major in nursing. She's volunteered at The Arc since she was in middle school and she has younger siblings with learning differences. When not at work, she enjoys watching her favorite TV shows and spending time with her family

Mary Grace is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She has received her bachelor of arts in psychology from Samford university in December 2024. She was the 2023 recipient of the Staci Carnley scholarship for excellence in psychology and a member of the psi chi national honors society in her time at Samford university. Her senior research project on the relationship of neurotransmitter associated traits to reward seeking and punishment avoidant behaviors was accepted to the Southeastern psychological association for presentation at the annual conference in 2025. When not at work, Mary Grace enjoys rollerblading, water color painting and policy debate.

Olivia is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She has 25 years of experience working with children, primarily in the neurodiverse community. Olivia recently moved to the greater Memphis area with her husband and their two children, both of whom have ASD. When not at work, she enjoys visiting the zoo with her children, cooking, baking, and reading.

Ashia is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She attended Northwest Mississippi Community College, where she developed a strong interest in psychology. Ashia is passionate about learning and connecting with others, thriving in social environments and enjoying the opportunity to meet new people. She has a background in pharmacy, which has enriched her understanding of healthcare and patient care. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Miguel, who is her best friend and always keeps her smiling. Ashia's favorite color is green and she cannot resist cotton candy! She is grateful to pursue her passion in psychology while contributing to the field.

Sara is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She earned her BS in Neuroscience at Rhodes College (2017) and her M.Ed. at Union University (2018). Sara previously taught middle and high school science in the Memphis area. When not at work, Sara enjoys being outdoors, embroidery, and spending time with friends.

She is currently studying Psychology at Northwest Mississippi Community College and hopes to one day become a Child Therapist or Counselor. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys photography, videography, and spending time with friends from her church.

She earned her BS in Biology in 2022 from Christian Brothers University, where she was actively involved in the STARS (Students Tackling Autism Related Syndromes) organization. Since graduating, Sarah has worked in various roles serving the Memphis community, with a focus on assisting underserved populations and helping individuals access necessary resources. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her cat, Sugar, and engaging in creative activities such as painting and cooking.

Liyli is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. Lily has worked in nurturing environments for various groups of people for most of her working career. She has worked both in care homes and as a travelling companion for both adults and children, all with varying needs, since 2013. She joined the IPS to continue her desire to help others. Her special interests lie in creating safe environments for those on the neurodivergent spectrum to grow and learn while maintaining their individuality throughout different stages of their life. Outside of working, Lily's passions include taking care of her own kids and her menagerie of animals at home. She also has a love for tending to plants, baking for her small business, and enjoying table top rpg games with her friends both close to and far from home.

Keshyra is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She is earning her Bachelor's in Early Care and Learning from the University of Memphis. Prior to working at IPS, she has worked with children in various settings since high school. When not working, Keshyra enjoys spending time with her two kids, shopping, going out to eat, and trying new experiences to continue learning her likes and dislikes.

Breanna is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She is currently enrolled at Capella University, where she is a full time Marriage and Family therapist master's student. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She spent several years as an Elementary teacher and homeschool learning coach. She is a certified yoga instructor, nutritionist and Transformation coach who has been vegan for eight years and loves to promote healthier life choices. She is a mother of three children: Hunter, Chayse and Zoey. When not at work, Breanna enjoys doing yoga, singing, working out, reading, baking, and spending time outside and with her children.

Danni is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She has worked with children her entire professional life, from nannying to being a special education assistant at a local middle school. She has volunteered with The ARC since she was in middle school, working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When not at work, Danni enjoys hiking and reading.
