Behavior Analyst in Training (BiT)

  • Kara is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She received her BS in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University in 2010. Kara has been working with children and young adults since graduating from MSSU. Kara has 8 years of ASD experience and another 3 years of RBT experience. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and being a sports mom.

  • Peyton is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. Shegraduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2019. Since then, she has worked as an RBT providing direct care to children and teens with ASD in both clinical and in-home settings. She plans to return to graduate school to pursue her Master’s degree in ABA in the future. While not at work, Peyton enjoys playing with her dogs, crochet/knitting, and spending time with family.

  • Max is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. He received his BS in psychology from the University of Memphis in 2023. After graduation, Max sought to become a registered behavior technician. His favorite part of working in ABA is knowing that he is making a change in someone's life. Max will begin his Masters at the University of Memphis in 2024 and plans to continue studying psychology. When not working, Max enjoys teaching colorguard and spending time with friends.

  • Danny is a BiT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. He is originally from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, and earned his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Danny has been working in the ABA field for approximately three years and recently relocated to Oxford, Mississippi, with his wife and daughter. His favorite part of working in ABA is supporting clients and families through meaningful progress and growth. When he is not at work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and cooking.

Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

  • Kassidy is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is receiving her BS in Psychology in 2025 at University of Memphis. Kassidy plans to continue her education, pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling after completion of her Bachelors. While she is not working or doing school work, she enjoys baking, creating art, and traveling.

  • Olivia is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She has 25 years of experience working with children, primarily in the neurodiverse community. Olivia recently moved to the greater Memphis area with her husband and their two children, both of whom have ASD. When not at work, she enjoys visiting the zoo with her children, cooking, baking, and reading.

  • Keshyra is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She is earning her Bachelor's in Early Care and Learning from the University of Memphis. Prior to working at IPS, she has worked with children in various settings since high school. When not working, Keshyra enjoys spending time with her two kids, shopping, going out to eat, and trying new experiences to continue learning her likes and dislikes.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

  • Carys is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. They graduated from DeSoto Central High School in 2025 and they’re currently a psychology major at the University of Memphis.. They have volunteered with The Arc for over seven years and have a personal passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, inspired by their two younger siblings. When not at work, Carys enjoys spending time with their dogs and being outdoors in nature.

  • Patience is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree and plans to pursue her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Patience is also preparing for an exciting new chapter—she’ll be welcoming a baby boy this September! When she’s not at work, Patience enjoys crocheting, kayaking, and relaxing on the couch while watching TV with her husband.

  • Jordan is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She is currently attending the University of Memphis, where she is working toward her bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language and Deaf Studies with a minor in K-12 Education. She plans to become an SLP and hopes to utilize ASL whenever possible. When not at work, Jordan enjoys reading, watching reality TV, and practicing sign language.

  • Mary Grace is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic and travels to the Clarksdale Clinic at least once a week. She has received her bachelor of arts in psychology from Samford university in December 2024. She was the 2023 recipient of the Staci Carnley scholarship for excellence in psychology and a member of the psi chi national honors society in her time at Samford university. Her senior research project on the relationship of neurotransmitter associated traits to reward seeking and punishment avoidant behaviors was accepted to the Southeastern psychological association for presentation at the annual conference in 2025. When not at work, Mary Grace enjoys rollerblading, water color painting and policy debate.

  • Tanesha is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is from New Albany, MS, and is pursuing her associate of arts degree at Northeast Community College. Tanesha has been married for nearly ten years and is a proud mother of three. When not at work, Tanesha enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and cheering on college football teams.  

  • Kourtneyi is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and plans to pursue a master’s degree in clinical psychology.. Passionate about mental health and community well-being, Kourtneyi is dedicated to empowering individuals through evidence-based practices and compassionate support. Her academic and professional journey reflect her commitment to understanding human behavior and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. When she’s not at work, Kourtneyi enjoys attending Pilates classes and exploring local bookstores.

  • Faith is an RBT at our Clarksdale Clinic. She graduated from Klein Oak High School in Houston, TX, and has over four years of experience in childcare, including two years as an RBT/Paraprofessional. She enjoys working with children because it is fulfilling to see their minds grow and to make a lasting impact that can support their future. When not at work, Faith enjoys singing, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her family.

  • Jordyn is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She is a resident of Southaven, MS, and earned her Associate’s degree in Psychology from Hinds Community College in Fall 2023, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jackson State University in Fall 2025. She has a passion for supporting the cognitive development of her clients and enjoys building meaningful connections with those around her. When not at work, Jordyn enjoys spending time with her brothers and trying anything fun.

  • Jasmine is an RBT at our Clarksdale clinic. She has more than six years of experience working with children in early childhood settings and is a proud mom of four children, ages 6–12, including a set of 9-year-old twins. Since beginning her work and learning more about ABA, Jasmine has been inspired to pursue college and eventually graduate school to become a Behavior Analyst. When not working, Jasmine enjoys making candles and soap.

  • Jamia is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in social work at the University of Mississippi and is expected to graduate in December 2025. Jamia has over a year and a half of experience working with children and truly enjoys every aspect of her role as an RBT. When not at work, Jamia is passionate about learning and exploring new interests, including new activities and hobbies.

  • Danni is an RBT at our Southaven Clinic. She has worked with children her entire professional life, from nannying to being a special education assistant at a local middle school. She has volunteered with The ARC since she was in middle school, working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When not at work, Danni enjoys hiking and reading.
