Email Etiquette: Do’s and Dont’s

When it comes to email etiquette, it's important to be clear, concise, and respectful. Do use a professional greeting and subject line, proofread for grammar and tone, and reply ALL promptly. Don’t forget to double-check the recipient's address before hitting send. Sending sensitive or confidential information to the wrong person can lead to misunderstandings, breaches of privacy, or even professional consequences. Always make sure you're emailing the correct individual or group.

The first two people that CORRECTLY (subject line with dates, key points, greeting, grammar, request, signature line, etc.) send an email to frontdesk@irbypsychservices.net will win a Target gift card! (Please specify that you are referring to this blog when emailing! :))
