  • Morgan received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in 2023. Prior to receiving her Masters she was a licensed COTA for 6 years. During her fieldwork, she discovered that she enjoyed working with children and their families. She loves that Occupational Therapy allows her clients to learn through the occupation of play. Morgan loves helping children gain independence in their daily lives and seeing the quality of family life increase. Morgan's goals for continuing education are to become more confident in sensory feeding to further help families and to increase her knowledge of motor reflexes in children. During her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, being outdoors, reading books, and listening to a good true crime podcast.

  • Courtney is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) excited to begin his first role in the field at Irby Psychological Services. He looks forward to gaining hands-on experience and making a meaningful impact in this setting. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys outdoor activities like rock climbing, walking his dog, and anything that gets him up and moving. He’s also a fan of horror movies—especially the Scream series—and enjoys watching anime in his downtime.

  • Grace completed her first Level II rotation at Irby and loved it so much that she is excited to be back! She recently graduated with an associate degree and is now a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. During her rotation, Grace discovered her passion for working in this setting and making a meaningful impact with the individuals and families she serves. She is eager to continue growing and contributing in a field she is truly passionate about. When not at work, Grace enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and babysitting. She is thrilled to return to Irby and continue making a difference.
