Social Skills Groups
Structured group opportunities that help children, teens, and adults build connection, confidence, and the social tools to thrive with peers. Groups are small, age-matched, and led by Dr. Irby and Dr. Bradley using evidence-based, manualized curricula.

About this service
Connection is one of the most powerful things we can nurture. In small, supportive groups, children and teens practice the social tools that help them feel confident and capable with peers — in a setting where showing up and trying is the whole point.
Groups are supervised by Dr. Irby and Dr. Bradley, with each group's curriculum drawn from a variety of evidence-based manualized treatments: the Little Spot Book series, Becca Epps series, AIM Explorers, the DBT Skills Workbook for Teens, and ACT/AIM lessons. Groups take breaks aligned with major holidays and school breaks.
Small groups, real-world practice, and a safe place to grow together.
