Upcoming Handbook Changes

At IPS, we have grown tremendously within the past (almost) two years, which has been a fun adventure for me, personally, but has come with a steep learning curve on how to manage a growing team of diverse individuals. Tera and I have sat down over the past few weeks, working towards a way to have clearer expectations that are standard for all employees, regardless of what department they work in and what task they complete daily.

In order to ensure that all of our IPS Team understands these policy changes, we will be spending time reviewing the handbook with the ABA team at our Staff Meeting on December 8th, and with our licensed providers on Wednesday, December 13th at our Licensed Providers Bi-monthly lunch.

Tera and I are hopeful that these changes will put us on a trajectory that helps us maintain the small business feel that we have all grown accustomed to, while also allowing for us to provide more services to the community. We are so thankful for the hard work and dedication each of you bring to IPS every day and we look forward to continuing to grow together.
