Incomplete Notes Weekly Reminder Email

Your notes are to be completed every Friday. When a note is completed, Billing can submit the claim to the insurance company. Timely notes ensure timely payments, and we all enjoy getting paid! Check your To-Do list every Friday to make sure your notes are complete.

Each Friday, Fawn will run an incomplete notes report from Therapy Notes and email the list of notes to the provider or RBT & their supervisor.

Please see this weekly email as a way for our Billing department to catch any mistakes or oversights. Sometimes the therapy session did not occur and needs to be deleted. Sometimes the note gets assigned to wrong supervisor and needs to be changed. The reminder email is our way of catching these issues. If you cannot find the note in question or think this reminder was sent in error, please reply to Fawn, so that she can resolve the issue.
