Our Tentative Timeline for Moving

As many of you know, our Southaven Clinic is moving to 5960 Getwell Road, Suite 212-D.

And with any move, it takes a lot of planning, boxing, and maneuvering of items! To help us all feel less stress and more at ease with the upcoming changes, we have outlined our tentative plan and how that effects each of us throughout the coming weeks!

Note: This plan and canceling of clients only applies to the Southaven Clinic, but all staff should be aware, as we may be less responsive to chats as we are loading, building furniture, and focusing on getting the space setup!

May 1st: Construction on our space should be complete!

May 2nd-8th: Staff without clients or those who can bill virtually, will help build furniture and open boxes of newly purchased equipment. Any weekend time worked will be converted to PTO that is usable before your 90 days is up for newer staff.

May 9th: No in-clinic ABA and all sessions will end by noon. For the remainder of the day, we will box items and load the moving truck!

May 10th: In-home ABA and Nicole, Latrice, and Kayne will all have therapy clients in the Golden Oaks building and Fawn will remain at the clinic to check clients in and answer the phones. Everyone else will be at the new location. We will have movers unload the truck and our staff will help unpack, setup, and get everything cleaned and situated at the new space.

May 11th & 12th: For those who are willing and able, we may need additional support to get everything setup! For those who help, you’ll earn an hour of PTO for each hour worked that is usable before your 90 days is up for newer staff AND we will provide food and refreshments while you work!
