Our Story

Welcome to Irby Psychological Services, LLC. We are a family owned and operated small business. The practice was established in June 2020 by Dr. Sarah Irby and her husband, Ben Irby, in order to provide comprehensive evaluations and behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders. In summer of 2022, Dr. Tera Bradley and her family bought into the practice. IPS continues to grow adding additional providers and services.

Irby Psychological Services seeks to be a leader within the Mid-South in providing quality, evidence-based services to people from birth through adulthood by:

  • Providing services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay at underserved areas of Mississippi (i.e. our Clarksdale and Cleveland Clinics);

  • Serving a diverse population reflective of our community;

  • Increasing services to rural, underserved areas within Mississippi;
