Application Process
Step 1: Fill out the Application
Step 2: We will email you and ask you to do a simple task.
Step 3: We will then ask you to take a selfie video of yourself introducing yourself that includes: 1. Where did you go to school? 2. What jobs have you held? 3. Where are you from? 4. 1-3 facts about yourself. Behavior technician positions, we also will ask you to teach us how to make your favorite sandwich. Licensed providers, we will ask you to make a video teaching us about your favorite therapy/intervention/technique. These videos should be short (3-5 minutes) and are designed to help us get a better understanding of who you are, your creativity, and communication style.
Step 4: For RBTs, we will then schedule a 1:1 virtual interview to provide more information about our position. For licensed providers, we will ask you to do an interview (virtual or in-person) with our leadership team.
Step 5: Then we will complete a reference check.
Step 6: For licensed providers, if they did a virtual interview, they’ll be invited to shadow and tour the clinic. For RBTs, they’ll come for a play interview where we will observe them playing with clients and interacting with other technicians. All staff who interact with you will complete an evaluation form letting us know their thoughts about how the interview went.
Step 7: We will send an offer letter. Our salary options/levels are outlined in the job description and are based on experience and skill development.
